Phil — the Wild Man Cook — is a freelance Kent based live fire chef and event caterer who brings a rugged, boots-on-the-ground approach to wood-fired cooking. No polished kitchens. No stainless-steel comfort. Just smoke, steel, and the crackle of real logs burning hot.
He cooks the old way: flames roaring, fat sizzling, and meat transforming slowly over open fire until it’s smoky, tender and unbelievable. Every dish is built from simple, honest ingredients elevated by heat, instinct and years of hands-on craft at the coals.
